Does it work with Alexa?
Yes. All VEISE smart locks support Amazon Alexa voice control, allowing you to lock or check status hands-free. A compatible Alexa device and the VEISE app are required for setup.

Can I install it myself?
Absolutely. Most customers complete installation in 10–15 minutes using only a screwdriver. The VEISE app provides guided step-by-step video instructions.

What is the door thickness range?
VEISE locks fit doors between 1-3/8" and 2" thick. An optional extension kit is available for thicker doors up to 2-1/4".

Orders placed before 2 PM EST ship same-day. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days; expedited 2-day and overnight options are available at checkout.
